Havant Road’s gentle gradient and off-road footway adjacent to the carriage make it the perfect environment for cycling! Several local cycle routes are in close proximity to your new home, including:

National Cycle Route (NCR) 22 which runs from Banstead to Portsmouth. The route is accessed via Eastern Road off Havant Road 1.5km west of Harbour Place.

There is also NCR 222, 600m west of the development which is a mostly traffic free route between Guildford and Shoreham.
