Your home is idyllically located on the edge of Guildford City Centre. Which means that you should have access to everything you need, on your doorstep! Guildford Train Station is half a mile away, which will take around 10 minutes to walk to, and just 3 minutes to cycle to. The City Centre is a 15-minute walk where there is an abundance of retailers and eateries at your convenience, including those within The Friary Shopping Centre.

Bus Travel
Given Trinity Quarter’s proximity to Guildford Town Centre there is access to a large number of local bus services. The nearest bus stop is at Guildford Train Station whilst there is a large number of services from ‘The Friary’ on Commercial Road.

Surrey County Council has a user-friendly and informative webpage with extensive information including timetables and maps, for bus services in Guildford and the surrounding areas, which can be found here.
Stagecoach offer Mega Rider Tickets which allow unlimited travel within zones.
Train Travel
Guildford Station is approximately 800m from your new home, and London Road Station is 1.6km.
Guildford Station has direct routes to:
- London Waterloo – approximately 42 minute journey
- Portsmouth Harbour – approximately 56 minute journey
- Reading – approximately 35 minute journey
- Haslemere – approximately 16 minute journey

Bicycle Travel
Did you know that Guilford is part of Route 22 of the National Cycle network which when complete will connect London with the Isle of Wight via Portsmouth and Brockenhurst. The route also connects Farnham Train Station to Guildford Train Station.

- Folding bikes are also available to hire by the day from Guildford Train Station from Brompton Bike Hire.
- Surrey County Council provide cycle training for all ages to improve riding confidence and awareness.

Car Club
Being a resident of Trinity Quarter, your home is conveniently located to the Enterprise Car Club network with a vehicle on Walnut Tree Close, circa 300m to the west of Trinity Quarter.
Enterprise Car Club also offer all Surrey residents reduced price membership of just £10 per year (normally £60) for the first two years, plus a £10 driving credit when you join.
Just quote the promotional code SURREY44 when you join online or by phone.
Once a member, you can reserve Enterprise cars and vans via their app per hour or day. You can enjoy the convenience of occasional car use without the repair, servicing and insurance costs that come with vehicle ownership!
