There is easy access to the train station, with the bus route 12 stopping nearby, meaning your journey to work can be done in a sustainable manner.

Walking
There are a few Public Right of Way (PRoW) in the vicinity of St Modwen Business Park, with the closest being along eastern tip of the site. There are PRoW (013/10/2 and 013/10/3) which leads to Jays Close which then provides a footway leading to Cliddesden. If you are coming from Cliddesden area there is a footpath which provides access to the M3 footbridge which leads to Farleigh Road and PROW Footpath 1, which then allows for you to access the site to the south. Other routes shown provide links to facilities and amenities in the local area.

Cycling
The National Cycle Route (NCR) 23 shown in the map below from Basingstoke and Deane Interactive map, is near the site, with other cycle routes shown in the first map, which provide access to the town/train station. There is plenty of parking available at St Modwen Business Park including sheltered cycle storage, meaning you can store your bike safely at work.

Travelling by Train
The closest train station is Basingstoke Train Station. It is mainly served by South Western Railway (SWR) and Great Western Railway (GWR). The station includes a train ramp and there is step-free access to all platforms. Accessible ticket machines and wheelchairs are available at the station. Car parking provides 1,339 spaces in a multi-storey car park, with 18 electric vehicle charging points available. With there being 170 bike storage spaces, with there being sheltered bike storage. Providing key service to London, Weymouth and Exeter on frequent trains by SWR. With London to Basingstoke only taking 1h 7m. GWR connects Basingstoke to Reading in under 24 minutes.

Travelling by Bus
Closest bus stops are:
- Golden lion
- Cliddesden Road
A short walk from St. Modwen Park (north of the Golden Lion Roundabout) and are served by Stagecoach service 12 which runs hourly between Basingstoke and Hatch Warren from 07:05am to 19:15pm.
