There are a range of amenities and facilities close to your work, accessible by walking, cycling or bus. The table below gives approximate distances and travel times for walking and cycling, measured from outside Biopure Technology.

Local Pedestrian Network
There are a number of walking route within the vicinity of Dunsbury Park. There are connections to Grassmere Way to the north in Waterlooville, and east towards Leigh Park. To the south there are footpaths, providing a connection to Ramsdale Park and the surrounding forest.

Along with these Dunsbury Park provides a shared footway/cycleway along the northern side of Fitzwygram.

Local Cycle Network
Your workplace should have cycle storage, as well as shower and changing facilities – speak to your manager for details as to where these are.
Cycling has a number of benefits including:

- It’s an easy way to build physical activity into your daily routine
- It’s good for your mental health
- Cycling can play a huge part in tackling air pollution
- Fresh air, freedom and fun
Dunsbury Park is in close proximity to both Waterlooville centre and Havant centre, with less than a 15-minute cycle distance to both. Below shows a map with suggested routes to these locations.

Travel by Bus
Why take the bus?
- The journey to and from the bus is a great way to incorporate some physical activity into your daily routine
- Relax and read a book whilst you travel to your destination
- Season tickets offer unlimited travel on services and can prove cheaper than running a car
The closest bus stop currently to Dunsbury Park, is the Larkwhistle Walk bus stop, on Calshot Road. This stop is served by Stagecoach Route 22 which travels between Leigh Park and Havant Bus Station. Buses run approximately every 20 minutes all day and night (weekdays).

£3 Bus Fare Cap
Don’t forget the government initiative of the £3 bus fare cap is continuing until at least the 31st December 2025 – this means that single journeys will cost no more than £3 and could cost less on certain routes!

Travel by Rail
Bedhampton Station is located approximately 3.2km from Dunsbury Park, accessible within a 12-minute cycle. Facilities include 20 cycle storage spaces, WiFi, and bus services nearby.
Southern and South-Western Railway provides regular services to Portsmouth Harbour, Portsmouth & Southsea, Littlehampton and London Waterloo.

Sustainable Car Travel Option
