Your home is located on the edge of Guildford City Centre. Which means that you should have access to everything you need, on your doorstep! Guildford Train Station is half a mile away, which will take around 10 minutes to walk to, and just 3 minutes to cycle to. The City Centre is a 15-minute walk where there is an abundance of retailers and eateries at your convenience, including those within The Friary Shopping Centre.

Pedestrian Travel
There are many benefits to walking which include;

- Lowering anxiety and stress
- Boosting your energy and improving your mood
- Strengthening your bones, improving your balance and boosting your muscle power

Ramblers is a walking charity dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy green spaces. Your closest group is the Guildford Ramblers group. They are a friendly and sociable group with over 300 members so why not give it a try? Joining a Ramblers group is a great way to meet new people, stay active and explore your area.

As a resident of Trinity Quarter you are perfectly placed to explore some of the best sights the Surrey Hills has to offer! Komoot is a great resource to find local routes near you. The Komoot app and web-version are free to use for routes in one selected region. Your nearest route, the Watts Gallery & The Loseley Estate Loop, starts at Guildford Train Station. This then takes you on a 7.9 mile loop around the surrounding Surrey Hills countryside. Sign up to Komoot today to find new routes near you!
Bicycle Travel
Guildford is part of Route 22 of the National Cycle network which when complete will connect London with Portsmouth, then Brockenhurst via the Isle of Wight. The route to Farnham station is 11.5 miles from Guildford High Street. Mostly this route follows quiet roads and countryside tracks. There are steep climbs up the Mount heading west, and Down Lane. Roads are busiest west of Seale. It is likely to take around 70 minutes for a cyclist of average fitness. For more information on this route visit the Sustrans webpage.

Do you want all the benefits of using a bike without the maintenance costs or need for storage? Choose a bike hire service instead!
- Folding bikes are available to hire from Brompton Bike Hire. Your nearest Brompton hire site is Guildford Train Station.
- Beryl is a community of over 300,000 people hiring bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters and cargo bikes! Your closest bike stand is Walnut Tree Close, which has 15 docks.

Surrey County Council provide cycle training for all ages to improve riding confidence and awareness. Thanks to a grant from Active Travel England, the Council can offer a 100% discount for any adult cycle training until March 2025. Bus Travel

Given Trinity Quarter’s proximity to Guildford Town Centre there is access to a large number of local bus services. The nearest bus stop is at Guildford Train Station whilst there is a large number of services from ‘The Friary’ on Commercial Road.
Bus Services in Guildford are operated by a number operators. Links to the operators where further information on routes and timetables can be found:
Stagecoach offer Mega Rider Tickets which allow unlimited travel within zones.
Surrey County Council has a user-friendly and informative webpage with extensive information including timetables and maps, for bus services in Guildford and the surrounding areas, which can be found here. A detailed bus route map is shown below.

In addition to the more traditional bus service, Guildford is served by Surrey Connect. This is a bus sharing service connecting you (in Central Guildford) to West Guildford (e.g. Fairlands or Willey Green).
How does it work?
- Register an account.
- Book your journey (all trips must be to or from West Guildford)
- Your journey request is grouped with other customer requests and a route and schedule is generated.
This service operates Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 6pm. Anyone can use this service and there is a discount for younger users (see table below).

Rail Travel
Guildford Station is approximately 800m from your new home, and London Road Station is 1.6km.
Guildford Station has direct routes to:
- Woking – 8-minutes
- Haslemere – 20-minutes
- London Waterloo – 33-minutes
- Reading – 45-minutes
- Portsmouth Harbour – 1 hour 6-minutes

Car Club
As a resident of Trinity Quarter, your home is conveniently located to the Enterprise Car Club network with a vehicle on Walnut Tree Close, circa 300m to the west of Trinity Quarter.
Enterprise Car Club also offer all Surrey residents reduced price membership of just £10 per year (normally £60) for the first two years, plus a £10 driving credit when you join.
